Do you agree that George Bush should be able to rewrite the Constitution?

I heard that George Bush said the constitution was just another peice of paper and was outdated.


George Bush's actions are outside the constraints of the Constitution. Is it ok for the Constitution to be rewritten based on George Bush's judgements and ideas?

George W is just a finger puppet for Dick Cheney and couldn't tie his own shoelaces,but if the people of the United States don't say something he will do whatever he likes.He should be impeached and if that doesn't work ,God help the entire planet.

Reply:George Bush took an oath to protect and uphold the constitution when he was sworn into office - not to change it to suit him.
Reply:we can only add amendments not change the actual constitution. Obviously, through amendments I think people change change the constitution .Something like that

Reply:No one person can rewrite the Constitution, nor alter it without going through the proper means as stated in the Constitution. Of course if the political elite want to try, then some of us that believe in the Constitution might might opt to activate the 2nd Amendment solution.
