Doing a term paper on the Iraqi War (2003)... Need a copy of Bush's outline for waging a preemptive strike in speech form. Any help is greatly appreciated
Anyone know where I can find a copy of George W. Bush's speech on reasons for waging war with Iraq?
You are not going to get it from the news media or anybody who runs around claiming that 'Bush lied.'
The last thing they want you to see is what he really said.

Reply:Google or ask.com has the data as well as the Library of Congess in Washington, D.C. which even records presidential farts while in office. Narrow your search by giving dates if you can, otherwise you are in for an "all-niter" and start the coffee machine now!
