Will Bush get a presidential library?

If the the oil industry, the insurance industry and the drug industry get togeher to fund a Bush Memorial Library, will two thirds of the papers be redacted and the section on Chaney be used to store clearing supplies?

Every president since Herbert Hoover has a library established. However, I would not be the least bit surprised if Big Oil and Big Pharma are the primary funders for buidling it. I seriously doubt anything that would be considered classifired or "in the interest of national security" would even be available for display. Given this administration's history of redactions, it would probably be one empty buildling.
