WHY would bush say "heads are gonna roll" regarding "his" plame leak investigation?

For those of you lugnuts who didnt watch the hearing, bush's head of security leader said he was never directed to investigate the leak that DID come from "higher-up" --- funny thing is that NONE of this investigation has anything to do with anything other than following the paper trail back to 911 (FACT -- deal with it!)

WHY would bush say "heads are gonna roll" regarding "his" plame leak investigation?
And for those that try to argue...his own security director said no investigations were under taken because there was a deparrtment of justice investigation already underway with the Libby Trail.

Well that was proven incorrect because 2 months went by after the LEAK and before the Libby trial investigation began.

And yet nothign was done about it, and ROVE still holds a security clearance -- which makes absolutely no sense.

AND that tombie or whatever her name was thats been so outspoken against Plame, saying shes not a covert.

Shes trying to say Plame is not covert under her wording of the criminal law, but this is not about criminal law, its about executive breaches of national security.

She was forced to conceed that...and even when she was on Hannity and Colmes she wouldnt answer if Plame perjured herself by saying she was covert.

watch it foryourself

Im only wonderign when all this will catch up with bush.

Heck how can any decent self respecting american still support Bush.

It proves they arent about being patriotic, and looking out for Americas best interest and are only concerned about covering their own butts and even to place blame on everyone else.

Theres no integrity in bush supporters.

but the, the republican party has never led the way on integrity and patriotism, have they?

FOR ALL THE DAMAGE REPORT junkies -- its not about who expressed the leak who initiated theleak -- its about the fact that 20 members associated with office were obligated to inform security that there was a leak.

None of them did so.

Why?

When information that was falsified exaggerated about IRAQ'snot as bad as they made it sound, was at stake, that doesnt raise any suspicions?

It wouldnt to anyone who only cares about covering their own butts
Reply:because he didn't think they would get caught, it was the usual political BS
Reply:Who knows why he says the things he does? Maybe so we'll misunderestimate him.
Reply:... are going to roll to the floor laughing!

didn't you get the memo? it was leaked, why not?
Reply:Thats another way of saying:

I'll do anything to save my ASSS.

meaning save his own head!
Reply:it's a cliche figure of speech,,, Bush puts together whole press confrences using only,,cliche figures of speech,,,
Reply:Now that there is finally Congressional oversight Bush seems to be acting differently. He knows he can't cover things up or be allowed to get away with things. He is trying to salvage his failed presidency.
Reply:noone has been charged with leaking. In fact, Richard Armitage admitted to being the leaker.

Plame and Wilson lied.

End of story.
Reply:The "leak" was from Richard Armitage. He is already out of office. You can't execute a dead man.
Reply:I'm so sick of this case, I could care less about it, I mean she went to lunch the day of the leak with a NY Times reporter which you aren't suppose to do in her postion so why was she? And why if the story was going to do harm did the paper report it? I think it's a big adu over nothing so why should heads roll?
