Why did Bush talk today?

Why the hell did Bush get up and open his mouth about the VA Tech shooting? I mean all he did was read from a paper, can't any of the other monkey republicans do that?

He is the President, it's his job. You probably cried foul when he took too long to make statements about Katrina.

Reply:I don't think is bad that he said something in attempt to comfort families of victims. The congress took moment of silence. It sends message to nation that this deserve entire nation's attention. I don't know what part of Bush's speech is so upsetting. So it's bad to read prepared statements now?





I'm sure some other idiot will complain about Bush being so cold if Bush didn't make any speech today. It was perfectly appropriate that he gave that speech today.

Reply:He got up and read today because he is a complete and total idiot who doesn't know his *** from first base. I agree with you. If he can't read from a paper without making a fool of himself, then how are we supposed to trust him to lead a war campaign? Now I don't hate the armed forces or anything. My uncle is in Afghanistan right now. But he shouldn't have to be there. ANd now Bush is trying to send MORE troops to a losing battle.





I know that someone had to speak about the shooting. It was a horrible event. But have someone who can actually speak properly and at least act intelligent do the job.
