Has bush ever spoke a sentence, without looking at a piece of paper!?

I don't think he has very good memorization skills, so paper would be necessary. He has no memory of the lesson of Vietnam, and says the U.S. should have stayed there indefinitely, and sacrificed unlimited American blood for nothing. This man loves to have his image made, even though he appears to be very nearly illiterate and unable to put a complete paragraph together.

I doubt it, I'd like to know why he looks so phony everytime. Could it all be just one big lie?
